Though Notetech have a fixed weekly project turn around time, we wont insist Notetech people to work for a fixed time daily. If he/she works lesser in one day they can make up working extra in next day. But the deadline of a project has to be strictly followed. Here we never give unrealistic deadlines. Our deadline is based that a staff can give effective output only for 9 hours daily.

We believe that the satisfaction of employees are crucial to the rate of output. It is the moto of Notetech remuneration criteria. Out of this, majority of Notetech staffs being with our efforts for minimum 5 years.
Here the remuneration is based on the skill, work ethics and the number of years worked. We never encourage or hires employees who change the companies often, even if they are highly skilled. We think, a success of software companies greatly depends on the time that the employees stick with the company.
